What this dashboard shows
The charts below run on anonymised sample data for a 250-person company. They cover the five workforce metrics we implement first for clients: headcount growth by department, monthly attrition, hiring funnel conversion from offer to join, cost per hire, and engagement measured as eNPS with retention. Use the filters to isolate a department or a quarter — the same interaction model our clients get on their own data.
